1. No cancellations will be accepted from 31 August 2026.
2. Your ticket is transferable but not refundable. If you would like to transfer your ticket please advise us before 11 September 2026 by mail to registration@nlcc.com.na Transfers after this date will not be possible.
3. No refunds will be paid for non-attendance at the event.
4. If you have registered but are unable to attend the conference, you will be granted access to the event presentations. However, access details and format will be provided at our discretion, and no refunds will be issued.
5. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend, modify, or change the conference agenda, venue, speakers, or any other aspects of the event at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not entitle attendees to a refund,compensation, or any claim.
6. You acknowledge that circumstances may change due to the Covid-19 pandemic and/or any other event of vis major which impacts on our ability to hold the event and as such we reserve the right to postpone the event within a ten-month period of the event itself if circumstances out of our control necessitate this.
7. By registering for the conference, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of event-related communications and administration. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
8. You acknowledge that you have agreed to receive news updates from Antila Oil & Gas (AO&G) & Namibian Local Content Conference (NLCC).
9. By attending the conference, you acknowledge permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event, and understand that these images or videos may be used in future promotional materials.
10. The Namibian Local Content Conference shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred by attendees during the event. Attendees are advised to take necessary precautions.
11. Should you be unable to partake in and/or view the event virtually due to technical issues that arise through no fault of ours (e.g. inadequate connectivity on your part), we will not be held responsible for any refunds or losses claimed by you.
12. Without written approval from AO&G, you shall not distribute, reproduce, modify, store, transfer or in any other way use any of the content, and in particular (but without limitation): upload any content into any shared system; include any content in a database; include any content in a website or on any intranet; transmit, recirculate or otherwise make available any content to anyone else; make any commercial use of the content whatsoever; or use content in any way that might infringe third-party rights or that may bring us or any of our affiliates into disrepute.
13. By completing the payment process, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your payment constitutes your explicit acceptance of all terms, policies, and agreements outlined herein. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from making any payment or using our services.
